committed to delivering exceptional nail care and spa services in a state-of-the-art,
welcoming, and hygienic environment. Glow Me & Nails is more than just a salon; it’s a
retreat for relaxation, pampering, and rejuvenation.

  • To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we’ve implemented a comprehensive set
    of policies, terms and conditions, and disclaimers, designed to foster clear communication,
    protect your privacy, and outline our mutual responsibilities. By using our services and
    checking in with your phone number, you agree to these terms, creating a legally binding
    agreement that upholds the trust, safety, and satisfaction of our salon community.
  • We encourage you to read this document carefully before using our services. Your
    privacy, safety, and satisfaction are our highest priorities, and understanding these terms is
    crucial for a wonderful and safe experience for everyone.

II. Service Agreement:

A. Service Details:

At Glow Me & Nails, we are proud to offer an extensive selection of nail care, spa, and
waxing services, tailored to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our clientele. Our
offerings include:

  • Manicures and Pedicures: From classic treatments to our signature Glow Me experiences, incorporating luxurious scrubs, masks, and massages.
  • Nail Enhancements: Acrylic, gel, and dip powder options available for those seeking added length and strength.
  • Custom Nail Art: Bespoke designs ranging from subtle accents to elaborate artistry.
  • Spa Treatments: Rejuvenating hand and foot spa treatments that nourish and revitalize.
  • Waxing Services: Facial and body waxing for smooth, long-lasting results.

B. Client Preparations and Requirements:

To ensure the most enjoyable and effective service experience, we kindly request the following from our clients:

  • Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for a consultation and preparation.
  • Health and Safety: Inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that could affect your service. Clients undergoing treatments that may be contraindicated by certain conditions must provide prior notice.
  • Nail Condition: Come with nails free of polish and enhancements unless you’re booking a removal service.

C. Aftercare Advice:

Following your service, our technicians will provide personalized aftercare advice to maintain the longevity and beauty of your nails. Recommendations may include:

  • Nail Care: Tips on protecting your nails and cuticles.
  • Product Use: Suggested products for home use to extend the durability of your nail treatment.

III. Client Accounts and Data Privacy:

A. User Accounts and Data Collection:

At Glow Me & Nails, upon check-in, we use your phone number to create a secure
personal account. This account meticulously records your service history, future
appointments, and transaction details, aiming to personalize and streamline your
experience. We use your number to keep you informed about promotions and salon
updates, ensuring a maximum of four communications per month to maintain a balance
between staying informed and respecting your preferences.

B. Detailed Data Handling:

  • Collection: We collect essential information that includes, but is not limited to, your name, contact details, service preferences, and payment transactions.
  • Usage: The collected data enables us to tailor our services to your preferences, manage appointments efficiently, and communicate important updates or promotional offers directly relevant to your interests.
  • Protection: Employing advanced encryption and secure server environments, we ensure your data’s safety against unauthorized access or breaches.

C. Privacy Policy:

Our dedication to your privacy encompasses rigorous measures to protect your personal information. Access is stringently limited to authorized personnel, undergoing regular
training on privacy compliance and data protection strategies. We adhere closely to applicable privacy legislation, ensuring your data is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

D. Client Rights and Controls:

  • Access: You have the right to access your personal information stored in our systems upon request.
  • Amendments:: Should you wish to update or correct your information, we provide straightforward mechanisms to facilitate these changes.
  • Opt-Out: Clients can choose to opt-out of promotional communications at any time, providing control over how you wish to engage with our salon.

IV. Customer Responsibilities:

Clients of Glow Me & Nails LLC play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our salon services. To foster a mutually beneficial environment, we request the following from our clients:

  • Punctuality: Arrive on time for your appointments to ensure you receive the full duration
    of your scheduled service without impacting subsequent client bookings.
  • Salon Policies Compliance: Adhere to all salon policies as outlined in this document and
    as may be posted within the salon premises. This includes, but is not limited to, health and
    safety guidelines, payment policies, and respect for staff and other clients.
  • Preparation for Services: Come prepared for your service as requested during booking.
    This may include having clean, product-free nails for nail services or following specific
    instructions for spa treatments.
  • Health and Safety Disclosures: For the safety of both clients and staff, clients must
    disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or contraindications that
    may affect or be affected by salon treatments.
  • Feedback and Communication: Constructive feedback and clear communication are
    encouraged. Clients are invited to express any preferences, concerns, or dissatisfaction
    with services rendered to allow for immediate attention and rectification by salon staff.

V. Salon Policy:

A. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE:

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals with suspected contagious nail
    conditions, open or infected wounds in the treatment area, those in ill health who may be contagious or at risk of harm from our services, and anyone displaying rude, mean, or
    disrespectful behavior.
  • For clients with diabetes, please inform our technician to ensure proper care. Note that
    cutting services are not permitted.
  • We do not perform cuttings for ingrown nails or hangnails. However, if you agree to sign
    the Ingrown Nail Consent Form, we will make an effort to accommodate you while
    releasing all liability.
  • For the safety of our customers, please be aware that our spa chairs have a maximum
    capacity of 250lbs. If you exceed this weight limit, we kindly ask that you refrain from using
    the spa chairs for your own safety. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
  • We love pampering children’s nails! However, unattended children can be disruptive and
    pose a safety risk. If you have children under 10 who are not receiving nail services, please
    ensure their safety or leave them at home. We appreciate your understanding.

B. 7-Days Service Guarantees:

  • Regular polish does not qualify for the 7-day warranty.
  • We offer free fixes or touch-ups for gel polish chips, peeling, broken nails, and rhinestones/gems that fall off within 7 days of the service. This offer is limited to two times per service/week and must involve the same color.
  • If your nails become scratched or misshapen, we will fix them if you notify the salon within 24 hours of the service. Please arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days of the initial service. Note that additional costs may apply if you had designs or gems that fell off or if you changed your mind.
  • We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with our services. If you are ever dissatisfied, please let us know so we can make the necessary corrections. Our goal is to ensure that each service and visit meets your satisfaction.
  • We will redo or fix any service at no cost if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work. However, you must inform us immediately during the service or before leaving the salon. Please note that if our technician has confirmed and clarified your nails and prices during the service, we will not redo or fix your service at no cost.
  • Once you have left the salon, it signifies that you have accepted and are satisfied with the service. We reserve the right to charge you for any repairs or replacements necessary due to damage caused by you.

C. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:

  • All sales and service charges are final, no returns & exchanges
  • We will not provide any form of refund simply because you have changed your mind after the service is completed.
  • Once services are paid for, we are unable to offer refunds.
  • Gift cards and e-gifts are non-refundable and cannot be transferred for cash or used to purchase other items.

D. Appointments & Walk-in:

  • If you anticipate being late for an appointment, please contact a salon coordinator. If you
    expect to be more than 15 minutes late, please note that we may not be able to complete
    the scheduled services within the allotted time. However, we will make every effort to
    accommodate you as soon as possible.
  • We value clients with advanced appointments. Any appointment will be held for 15
    minutes. After that period, we cannot guarantee the completion of the booked services.
    However, we will do our best to accommodate you at the earliest convenience.
  • For large groups of three or more people or for five or more services, we require a security
    deposit of $30 or more to hold the appointment. The security deposit will be applied
    toward your final payment and is non-refundable.
  • Walk-in clients are welcome, but if availability is limited, there may be a waiting period or
    you may need to schedule an appointment for a future time. Appointments are made to
    provide convenience to your busy schedule. Frequent last-minute “no-shows” or
    cancellations may result in us no longer honoring your appointment requests.

E. Loyalty Reward:

  • We offer a free reward program for every client. Earn a 3% cash back reward on all types of
    card payments (or 1 point for every $1 spent).
  • The system will automatically add the reward to your account, allowing you to redeem it
    once you reach a certain threshold: 500 points = $15 Reward (with minimum spend $60) |
    1000 points = $35 Reward or a Free Classic Pedicure (with minimum spend $100).

F. Pricing & Change of Mind:

  • Please ask our technicians and check the price before starting the service. A price list is
    available for your reference; however, prices may be subject to change and may vary
    based on design, customization, and additional services without notice.
  • Any choices you make regarding nail lengths, shapes, or colors will be shown to you on 1-2
    nails before proceeding. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your nail shape, length,
    and color during the service. If you are not satisfied, please speak up immediately and
    inform our technician or manager team so we can correct it and resolve the problems.
  • Once your service is complete, we are unable to change your original choice without
    additional charges. All prices are subject to change at the discretion of the management.

G. Jewelry & Personal Items:

  • We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles, including
    clothing, jewelry, phones, and accessories. Please take care of your personal items, and if
    they are valuable, consider leaving them at home and refraining from bringing them into
    the salon.

H. Promotions, Discounts & Vouchers:

  • Discounts, promotion gift cards, coupons, and vouchers are non-transferable, non-
    refundable, and can only be used by the intended recipient. They cannot be redeemed for cash or any equivalent and may be valid only for the specified products or services, subject to availability.
  • Only one discount, promotion, coupon, or voucher can be applied per transaction unless stated otherwise. Expiry dates specified on discounts, promotion gift cards, coupons, or vouchers must be adhered to, and no extensions will be granted.
  • The management reserves the right to modify or terminate any discount, promotion gift
    cards, coupon, or voucher at any time without prior notice. Terms and conditions may vary
    for different promotions, and it is the responsibility of the customer to familiarize
    themselves with specific terms associated with each offer.
  • By participating in any discount, promotion gift cards, coupon, or voucher offer, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

VI. Appointment and Cancellation Policies

At Glow Me & Nails, we are dedicated to providing a streamlined and accommodating
scheduling experience for our clients. Our policies are designed to ensure equitable
service and satisfaction for all.

  • Booking Appointments: Appointments are available through various channels: phone at
    (909) 706-6489, texting at (626) 215-4127, online at www.glowmenails.com, via
    Instagram/Facebook, or directly at our salon.We recommend booking in advance, with the
    option to schedule up to three months ahead. For groups larger than four requiring full
    services, a deposit of $30-$50 via our business Zelle account is necessary to secure the
    booking.Online bookings for groups of three or more services require direct confirmation
    from the salon due to booking system limitations, necessitating at least 24-hour notice.
  • Confirmation: Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation and a 24-hour prior
    reminder. Prompt appointment confirmation is required upon receipt of our reminder.
  • Cancellation and Modifications: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for any
    cancellations or modifications, accessible via phone, text, or online, allowing us to adjust
    our schedule accordingly.
  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations less than 3 hours before the
    appointment or failure to show will result in a bad attendance mark on the client’s account,
    requiring a $30 deposit for future bookings. In emergencies, contact us for assistance with
    rescheduling.
  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may face a reduction in service
    time or need to reschedule, to prevent delays for others. While we strive to accommodate
    late arrivals, we cannot guarantee full service past this grace period.
  • Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling is dependent on availability and must occur within the
    original cancellation period to avoid penalties.

VII. Service Guarantees and Remedies:

  • Immediate Service Review: We implement a comprehensive review process at three
    critical stages: before, during, and after the service. This ensures open communication and
    satisfaction throughout the client’s experience. Any concerns identified are immediately
    addressed by the service provider to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
  • 24-Hour Correction Window and 7-Day Service Guarantees: Should any dissatisfaction
    arise within 24 hours post-service, clients are urged to notify us. We offer corrective
    services at no additional cost, accommodating requests for adjustments in nail shape,
    color, art, or any issues from waxing services. Beyond the initial 24 hours, our 7-day service
    guarantee policy ensures clients are supported with necessary corrections, maintaining
    our commitment to excellence.
  • Refund Evaluation Process: In instances where corrective measures do not align with
    client expectations, our management undertakes a thorough evaluation to assess refund
    eligibility, which is provided as in-store credit for future services. This approach ensures
    fairness while maintaining our standard of client care.
  • Feedback Integration: We value client feedback as a cornerstone of our continuous
    improvement. Your insights guide our efforts to enhance service quality and client
    experiences. We encourage and welcome all forms of feedback to better serve you in the
    future.

VIII. Payment and Refund Policy:

  • Payment Expectations: Glow Me & Nails accommodates a variety of payment methods to
    ensure convenience for our clients. Accepted methods include cash, major credit/debit
    cards such as Visa and Mastercard (please note, Discover and American Express are not
    accepted), and selected digital payments including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Zelle. All
    payments are to be made at the time services are rendered, with no exceptions for manual
    card entry or phone-based payments unless pre-arranged under specific circumstances.
  • Refund Policy: All sales and service charges are final, no refund, returns & exchanges. Our
    commitment to client satisfaction is paramount. In the rare event that a service does not
    meet your expectations, even after corrective measures, we offer in-store credit following
    a comprehensive review by our management team. For retail products, returns for in-store credit are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are unopened and with
    the original receipt.

IX. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures:

  • Interacting with Glow Me & Nails via our website, phone, text, or email, or by completing
    our online forms, constitutes electronic communications. By engaging in such interactions,
    you consent to receive all communications electronically. This includes, but is not limited
    to, service agreements, notices, disclosures, and other pertinent information, fulfilling any
    legal requirement for written communication.
  • You also agree to the use of electronic signatures for various documents, including
    receipts, consent forms, and orders, and to receiving electronic records of transactions and
    notices. This consent effectively waives any requirement for physical signatures or non-
    electronic document retention, embracing the efficiency and environmental advantages of
    digital practices.
  • This commitment to digital interaction underscores Glow Me & Nails’s dedication to
    secure, efficient, and legally compliant service delivery, optimizing your experience
    through advanced technology.

X. Disclaimer:

  • Service Outcomes: At Glow Me & Nails, we strive for excellence in every service we
    provide. However, we cannot guarantee that every client will achieve their desired
    outcomes. Individual reactions, preferences, and results may vary, and while we make
    every effort to meet our clients’ expectations, we cannot guarantee absolute satisfaction.
    Our service guarantees and remedies are in place to address any dissatisfaction promptly
    and effectively.
  • Client Property: While visiting our salon, clients are responsible for the safety and security
    of their personal belongings. Glow Me & Nails shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or
    damage to personal property incurred while on our premises. We encourage clients to
    keep valuables secure and to report any incidents to our staff immediately.
  • Digital Interactions: When engaging with Glow Me & Nails through our digital platforms,
    including our website, social media channels, and email communications, please be aware
    that electronic communications may not be entirely secure or error-free. While we take
    measures to protect the privacy and security of your information, we cannot guarantee the
    absolute security of electronic communications. By using our digital platforms, you
    acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with electronic communications.

    services for your convenience. Please note that we do not endorse or control these third-

    at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us.

    your use of our services or digital platforms.
  • We are not liable for damages in connection with any failure of performance, error,

    Appointment and Cancellation Policies, Service Guarantees and Remedies, Payment and
    Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Amendments, and any other relevant
    policies.
  • Ongoing Agreement: Client acceptance of our terms is an ongoing requirement for
    continued use of our services. Any updates or amendments to our policies will be
    communicated to clients, who are expected to review and accept the revised terms to
    maintain access to our services.
